So when my Japanese friends came to stay, they brought sushi rice, seaweed, mirin, and green tea and all other exciting bits and bobs, and we made sushi together. It seemed a bit odd eating raw fish in England, but it tasted SO good! When they left, they gave me the left over sushi rice and seaweed, and I decided to make cute little onigiri characters, and of course- I had to make Hello Kitty!

Yummy Yummy, I'm So Hungry!
So when my Japanese friends came to stay, they brought sushi rice, seaweed, mirin, and green tea and all other exciting bits and bobs, and we made sushi together.
